Consultation request privacy

StokesOps collects your name, company, email, optional phone, and the operational challenge you submit to evaluate your request and contact you about consulting services.

Requests are stored in the site's hosted database. Access to the request inbox is restricted to Dwight Stokes as the site owner. Hosting providers process the information to operate the website. The form does not enroll you in marketing or request payment details.

For spam protection, the site uses a hidden form field, submission timing, and a short-lived hashed network address. Abuse-prevention records expire after two hours and are removed during subsequent submissions. Do not submit confidential business data, financial account information, or health information.

Request records are retained for consultation follow-up until the owner removes them. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact drfdstokes@gmail.com. Please use that address for privacy questions, not sensitive attachments.
